1) Introduction.

4) Maturity.

Your organization has reached Maturity when you any longer have to shepherd its growth.
It has taken on a life of its own, and even if you were to walk come away from valiant involvement in the active, you can depend on a steady stream of passive residual income the rest of your life.

Reaching Maturity is unprecedented.
